Kelly V. Pavlovic
Founder & President
Kelly has had a passion for the beverage & food industry her entire life and has spent those years in pursuit of knowledge and experience. This passion for the good things in life is what led her to found the House of Spirits.

Kelly brings fourteen years of marketing & graphic design expertise to bear on every product the House of Spirits represents. She manages product promotion strategy as well as logistics. She scouts new venues, plans tasting events and reviews marketing materials. She also facilitates communication between the manufacturer/importer and the state liquor department to ensure compliance and to introduce and register new products. She is also instrumental in the search for new and unique products from around the world.

Prior to (and commensurate with) starting the House of Spirits, Kelly owned the graphic design company Feather & Stone Designs where she has done artwork and web development for a wide-range of companies and industries. Feather & Stone has been in business for fourteen years and continues to thrive under Kelly’s leadership.

Kelly believes in strong business relationships and devotes time to the development of those as an ongoing part of doing business in Ohio. She is involved in two area Chambers of Commerce – sitting on the Board of Directors for one and a Women in Business committee for the other – as well as the co-President of the TriCounty chapter of the Entrepreneurs Club of America. She also holds the Publicity Chair position for her local chapter of the International Referral Network.

Bryan E. Pavlovic
Vice-President
Bryan brings over twenty years of experience in the corporate world with expertise in technology development. Having held positions in firmware architecture, he has a well-developed understanding of user interface design. He is also well-versed in project and personnel management.

As vice-president, Bryan manages the technology aspects of the House of Spirits. He is in charge of streamlining communications with our suppliers, the state and consumers. He is also in charge of order tracking and efficiency.

Timothy A. McGinty
Corporate Advisor
Tim brings over fifteen years of management and advisory experience. Having been a business owner himself, he understands the types of planning, issues, and concerns that small and medium-sized organizations face trying to succeed in today's business environment.

His career includes working with international and national technology firms prior to starting his own firm – which won the Weatherhead 100 Award in 1998 and 1999 as well as the Brunswick, Ohio Business of the Year in 2000.

Tim is an accredited Executive Associate of The Institute for Independent Business, a Certified Innermetrix Consultant, a Certified DiSC Facilitator, a CMT - Accredited Senior Mentor, and holds a myriad of other accreditations. He is also an active member of various local Chambers’ of Commerce and other civic organizations.
