SCORPION MEZCAL

Scorpion Añejo 3 Year	Rich, deep, golden color. Sweet caramel, vanilla, and brown spices. A small company in Wisconsin has made the commitment to keep the farmers on Washington Island farming. They are all about sustainability and we here at the House of Spirits thinks that's just awesome.

Besides, they're nice folks! And...

Make an absolutely phenomenal vodka and gin with all that wheat grown on the island.

They have not subscribed to the theory that vodka should be tasteless. And their gin has been compared to Pre-Prohibition style version due to its subtle sweetness, unlike most "dry" gins on the market today.
